3.5 carat untreated oval, faceted, natural old mine, Ceylonese sapphire framed in 18 carat gold with white gold details. A pair of 1 carat mismatched pink and blue sapphire hearts sit at the top of the shank.  A set of four round, brilliant Alexandrites follow in sequence at a carat and a quarter. Then another pair of purple/pink sapphire baguettes below,  and a half frame of micro set diamonds on each side of the center stone.  The colors mesmerize.
